Dr Elizabeth Hidson publishes chapter in new book on video-enhanced lesson observation

Dr Elizabeth Hidson is a Senior Lecturer in the International Initial Teacher Training team.

Before joining the University of Sunderland, she worked as a postdoctoral research associate on a number of funded educational technology projects. The recently-published Video Enhanced Observation for Language Teaching: Reflection and Professional Development, edited by Professor Paul Seedhouse, contain’s Elizabeth’s chapter based on her research in UK schools: ‘Video-Enhanced Lesson Observation: Moving from Performance Management to Continuous Teacher Development’, which can be read in the university library.
